Well at least I know that I am now drinking over the 2 litre a day.
When I started I would put into a measure jug the equivalent of what I drunk. At the end of the day it was well over the 2 litres. That includes apart from water, tea, coffee, and even milk. (No alcohol that is very rare for me,)
