Sleep ! Once, 7.5 hours was just fine. Now, 9hours + a 1 hour nap is needed.
Food ! Once I needed vast amounts in order to maintain my thin frame. Now, less than half of what I once ate is adequate.
Yes that too. Same with me. My wife and son both eat twice as much as I do. I used to eat like a horse. No more. I was always burning the candle at both ends when I was young. No more for that also.
