A farmers wife/vet/domestic science teacher all unobtainable. It was made clear to me that studying beyond the age of 15 was not an option, I was destined to stay at home to cook and clean so my stepmother could pursue her career
. So when just 15 I secretly found myself a live in job as a Kennel Maid in a famous Airedale Terrier kennel. I packed my one small case of belongings and I was off .
Not a million miles from my choice of jobs
