Re: Choose your forever age...

People always tell me I behaved like an adult from being about 9 years old.... but when I reached 21 I became a real adult & could make all my own decisions!

125 (yes, one hundred & Twenty Five).

I'd like to test out all the years, up to then, before making a final decision!

Re: Choose your forever age...

It would have to be aged 17. My lovely Mum and Dad still with me, Six very popular brothers with the girls, turning up and checking I was alright under orders from Dad whenever I went out (didn't appreciate it at the time though). Loads of girlfriends (wonder why?) into soul music, Marvin Gaye, Four Tops, Temptations, Supremes, my Dansette Record Player,
Perfect size 8-10 and get away with wearing anything that I looked at in the shops, going out every single evening (even it was only to our local youth club or the coffee shop). Life was so carefree at that age.

Re: Choose your forever age...

Hi

My fifties, woke up on my 50th after a huge heart attack and an emergency
quadruple bypass.

Found out my wife had been having an affair, got divorced.

Life changing, changed jobs, lifestyle.

Much poorer, but very different.

Travelled the world, first of all with my son and then on my own.

No shopping at waitrose or keeping up with the neighbours, lived simply and travelled.

Saved up my holidays and went for several weeks.

Great Fun, backpacking and did things I could never have done before.

No five star hotels and stupid prices, saw the real thing, including tigers in the wild.

A great time.
