You won't believe this Pesta but I also count stairs and I always start with my right foot going up but left foot coming down. It's nothing superstitious or anything like that - just the way I have always done it.

I have twelve stairs on the main staircase and a few more on the landing.

You have stairs on the Landing LD, that could be tricky in the middle of the night.

You know Dingy, you've got me thinking now about which feet I use going up or down and I've forgotten with not going up and down stairs every few minutes.
I'll have to make a conscious effort to see what I do when I next climb any steps/stairs.

No stairs at all.
Having moved to my first bungalow in 2002, I wouldn't want a house again.

No more lugging the hoover about on the staircase, no more going up and down to the loo, no more tripping over the dogs toys on the stairs - nah, wouldn't swap back now.

Nite light city Spitty. We have to have a nite light so we can see the cats who purposely sleep on the stairs attempting to trip us up at three in the morning.
