The 15min waiting time is just to make sure you don't have an immediate reaction to the OxAZ vaccine if you're driving (V had to wait because she was driving, I walked straight out - but had to wait in the car for her).The Pfizer vaccine has been linked to anaphylactic shock in some recipients so, there's a definite need to sit and wait a while after having that one.

I wonder whether it is the 'pop-up' vaccination centres that don't follow the 15 minutes because they don't have the room? Having mentioned that I had no untoward reactions to my vaccination yesterday, this morning I woke up with a headache and have felt tired all day.
No problem, though. I took a couple of paracetamol tablets and had another sleep earlier today. Fine now.

Mrs mart had the AstraZeneca vaccine yesterday. We arrived earlier than the appointment time but she was ushered straight in because there was no queue.I expected to have to wait in the car for at least 20 minutes but she was out in half that time. They said there was no need for her to wait before leaving.
No ill-effects so far.

I would think that all our bodies are working overtime to deal with producing antibodies, but I am hoping that is good & we can fight Covid better with the help of those antibodies.

sorry to hear you are not feeling great, my neighbour felt exactly the same and like me had the AZ vaccine. Snuggle up under a duvet if you can until you feel better.
