Bushy Park.

Part of the Hampton Court Estate, where King Henry VIII used to hunt red deer.

These shots were taken on October 1st, during the rutting season.

Re: Bushy Park.

Super photo's, PooBear.
I got mobbed in that park many years ago now, was riding my bike through it & I had a nice crusty loaf of bread in the basket, suddenly lots of deer arrived from all sides & I fell of my bike & the deer made of with the bread. I never took a short cut through the park again when carrying bread.

Love these photos! Especially No.3 with him peering over the grass, so funny "yes? did you want something?"

Re: Bushy Park.

Excellent photos and it's hard to believe now that there were WWII yanks billeted there in large huts.

Great photos PooBear, I love the way the background is blurred, it gives the photo depth.....The deer seem to stand out in the foreground...... Especially 1,3 and 4...

Great shots PooBear, wonderful lighting showing off his spectacular crown, particularly in the 'back at you' shot. (Is that a 12 point crown? Makes him a Royal Stag!)
