Funny. It was perfectly available just before Christmas.

It still can be, with a suitable political will.

Most of the promises of Brexit were undeliverable. If you want to blame Boris for something, blame him for lying in the first place, not for his lack of political will.

Can you elaborate?

Which specific promises were undeliverable, and for what reason?

No, and if you thought I could, you wouldn't have asked me.

So why say "most promises of Brexit were undeliverable" then if you don't know what they are ?

Because I remember thinking it when they were made, and it subsequently turned out to be the case. I realise that doesn't constitute an argument, but I'm not looking for an argument; I'm just making a comment. The Irish problem is the only specific thing that comes to mind. There is no solution to it that doesn't cross somebody's red line.

Smart borders would be a perfect solution.

Hi

Smart Borders would , but are years away, especially with just in time goods.

They will not help with sanitary and phytosanitary checks.

I would have walked away Harbal.

Even the EU recommended smart borders as part of their Smart Border 2.0 initiative but they saw an opportunity to weaponise the Irish border to try and harvest the troubles again to stop us leaving and in doing so annexing part of our union

May liked the idea so she agreed to the plot of the Irish backstop which would keep us in the EU forever against the will of the people. The reality is very much different... and there was never a customs border there anyway, and there doesn't need to be in the future.

The EU and the UK are breaking the law and the GFA with this farce of a border down the Irish Sea.
