A Good Day

Hi

A small victory but very important.

Covid is not nice, it does flatten you, even the young and fit.

I have just opened a can using a normal can opener.

Brilliant.

Well done you; I can't get those darned things to work at the best of times normally.

Re: A Good Day

Don't expect to do too much Swim, but well done in opening a can.
When we are ill we find it hard to accept that we can't do what we used to, so just do what Meg said and take small steps.

When I broke my arm I was amazed at how little I could do, but the feeling is great when you discover that you can manage to do those things again.

Keep a diary listing the things that you can do again, because it is good to have a record of how you are improving.... for you and your doctor!
