Peaky Blinders returns

Peaky Blinders series five starts on BBC One on Sunday August 25 at 9pm.

For anyone who hasn't seen the previous series, they are available now on BBC iplayer and Netflicks.

If you enjoy a bit of mindless violence, sex and bad language, this is for you. Music is good too mainly from Nick Cave and The White Stripes.

Yep LD, that's right up my street! Loved this series, just hope they haven't let their standards slip. Wonderful Brummie accents, especially that mad bugger Arthur. Something to look forward to !

Well because I work nights I have never seen any of Peaky Blinders, so I'm going to start a binge on it from Episode One tonight. I think it will be my sort of thing.

Arthur is just mental isn't he. My favourite character though was Alfie Solomon, even madder than Arthur.

Excellent! It's not often I recommend programmes but I do think it was exceptionally good. Let's hope s5 is the same.

Far from it Mups. It's about a gang of Birmingham gangsters just after the first world war. Sort of the Crays of the day.
