People who have genuinely appeared to be short changed whilst paying for something, yes I have helped, be it on the bus, in the queue to purchase a train ticket, at the supermarket or in a cafe. But if a complete stranger approached me in the street and asked me for money for bus fare or for a drink or food then no, I do not give. If it's a genuine need then I will go and purchase the item for them but very rarely do they accept, they just make their excuses and go on their way approaching others asking for money.Re: If I Asked You For Quid For A Cup Of Tea?
