What does that mean ? I respect people's customs wherever they come from, doesn't make me change what I do, as far as I can see most people do the same apart from a few odd people who try to convert others. So do they mean that we all respect each other or that some have to change to be more like us ?Re: Respect our customs
the example given was a ruling in respect of a bus driver who refused to shake hands with women who won the case because shaking hands wasn't part of the job. The danger is that such talk also demonises mental illness and stifles individuality, both of which we do not want to do in Britain.Re: Respect our customs
