I wanted to choke the Wife a few years ago. As she was going out to the shops, I asked her to put my £5 double on in the bookies. When she came back she found me dancing around the floor like an idiot, I grabbed her and hugged her, my double came up and I was to collect £175. She was talking to a friend and forgot to put it on. God help her if it had been the lotto.
