It's any excuse for another "day" for us in the UK to be greedy. I've watched some videos about it and people are making a complete fool of themselves.

What will it be next - National Knicker Day? It's a waste of time. Any excuse to celebrate something. More money for the greedy companies laughing all the way to the bank.

I agree with you Alice. It's been on the telly news all day and some of those people ought to be ashamed of themselves the way they behaved.

WE have been to all the presidential Museums, bar Kennedy
in Boston, and Clinton in Arkansas, the reason we couldn"t go to Clinton"s is because it was when there was a Government strike and was closed.
I really do think that of all the one"s we have seen Reagan"s was the tops.IMHO.

My original response was pretty rude. You're enthusiasm is great and it's not all about Ronald Reagan. The R.R. period was an important part of our history. The library site is impressive. That ridge line that it sits on will be preserved because of the R.L.

You were not rude at all, the fact is I love your country so much, I love to get to actually talk to Americans on line, and look up where they live and see if \I have been there .Just fascinates me.

It is also a great time for retailers to get rid of their
overstock or items the can't sell ... ...
Some people just buy because of the word discount lol

No it wasn't.

As you state the RR era was important to your country as was his counterpart MT in ours.
