Stupidly early, the world is a cacophony of Sirens.

No idea at all what it is all about.

No flashing lights, so not too close.

Good Morning everyone,

Gloomy and cold here today - threat of rain.

Am hibernating in the Craft Room - trying to create some space. Have been offered an expensive cutting machine at ridiculously low 'mates rates' as my friend, T, has just bought herself a new all singing all dancing version. Problem is - it has a working footprint of 22ins by 24ins - space I do not currently have. Anyone have any spare Semtex?

I am off to my sons this morning to take some baking and play with the boys then back to the ironing.

Good morning all, frosty overnight and foggy too this morning, more like November than spring.

Mum is visiting for lunch today and I am making a cottage pie followed by gooseberry sponge and custard, so that's my morning sorted.

Damp underfoot but no frost here. The forecast is for outbreaks of rain or drizzle, brighter spells later. Maximum temperature 8ºC.

Good morning all teeming down with rain and gloomy yet again.

I need to battle the storm and go to the shops for fresh vegetables today...... I really hate these wet days.

Good morning everybody. I slept for almost 9 solid hours. My day out at Boston & Skegness yesterday must really have shattered me.

Today I plan on driving Tony to as nearby the waterfalls at Tansley as I can so I can show him the lovely waterfall walk I did the other week.
He's been before but can't remember. I hope to jog his memory. Afterwards, maybe a walk round Matlock Park.

I saw a Yellowhammer on the patio this morning, so I went & put bird food out, it didn't come back, typical!
A pic I took some time ago, when they stayed around longer.
