Re: How to scare a sister

When I was younger, I would chase my sister around the house holding a daddy long legs, as she was absolutely terrified of them, invariably when I caught up with her I was usually left holding just it’s leg, ...

Re: How to scare a sister

My visiting SIL (from UK) refused to come back into the house until I removed a Hunstman Spider from her bedroom (they are basically harmless but big). I had to catch the damn thing and put it outside before she would come back inside.

Personally I like them about because they don't build webs and they eat things like cockroaches etc.

...on the other hand these are small and have a nasty bite:

That's a Redback (I wonder why?) some places call them Black Widows (I think) but they have a nasty bite.

The brother used to do things like that - until he realised I quite liked spiders etc., which spoiled his fun!
