Have You Given Anything Up For Lent?
I don’t think you have to be a religious happy-clappy to give something up for Lent.I do it every year as a discipline and to get a better figure! Ha!
I have given up sweets, chocolate, biscuits and cakes. The craving for sugar is a killer but l can’t give in!
Instead, l am getting my sweetness from satsumas, bananas, strawberries and l’m also eating loads of vegetables. The good bit about it is, my trousers don’t feel so tight!
Do you ever give something up for Lent or do something as a discipline?

It’s so hard but l've done two weeks of the six weeks and I’d feel a failure if l gave in.

I’m not sure eating about three satsumas one after the other can be good for my tummy! I do admit to putting a tiny weeny bit of double cream on the strawberries!
