Good morning Saturday

Good morning everyone, wet here at the moment but forecast to clear later, mild though so no complaints.

A long walk in the forest first thing which always lifts the spirit, but my agenda is pretty empty after that so maybe get an hour in the garden if it's fit. We have to clean and sanitise the greenhouse before we bring it into use in spring so may have a go at that later, fish fingers and chips for lunch yum yum...

Good morning everybody.

I'm hoping to pay visit to the garden centre today to spend my Christmas voucher.

I've been so impressed by my helleborus plant which has stuck strong & hardy through all the severe weather we had last week and is showing signs of new flowers opening.

I am going to get a few more of them to scatter a bit of colour round my dull garden.

No other plans.

Morning everyone! I can spy sunshine trying to come out from behind the rain clouds, so that's cheery. Broken nights sleep, so a bit tired. Doing some batch cooking for the freezer today and might add a few homemade biscuits in there too. Have a nice day everybody

There are dog towels and dog coats drying everywhere.

I started a kilo of pickled shallots yesterday and will bottle them today .

I need to sort out some birthday cards online too, it is hard not being able to pop out and get them.

Gosh you're all so good. Sorry. Good morning everyone. I'm in for a boring day with only the rain to break up the boredom.
Went for a walk yesterday to a large unfamiliar park. We really enjoyed seeing all the lovely dogs and dog training going on - hilarious. What wasn't funny was seeing lots of teenagers and young people in large groups with absolutely no social distancing going on. Passers by were giving them worried looks but no one said anything. They were quite intimidating. Just hope none of them will take Covid bugs back to their families.

Nearly time for bed for me but it has been a lovely day. Went for a long walk this morning then got my laundry on the line by 9.30am so it was dry by noon.

This arvo mowed the lawn, was going to start regreasing the axles on my camper but got distracted and did some smaller jobs instead.

It was a lovely sunny day after some rain over the week - really nice.
