No I haven't and know I should, I have been trying to get OH to make one for years, ours would go to each other then to our daughter but I would like to make provision for my dogs. I don't think the cats will be around much longer.

If you die intestate the state have to publish a list (I don't know how long after the event this happens) but the state don't take the estate until 30 years have elapsed. (I have seen the programme heir hunters on a few occasions! This is how the heir hunters make their living).

Don't have anything of value, lol. At least I don't have anything that would be valuable to anyone else; sentimental value I've got a ton of. For instance, I have my Grandparents documents from when they immigrated over here from England. There are other things too, but to anyone else, they'd just be a pile of junk.
