Re: Brexit Undecided

Yes, interesting. People talk of different 'models' of exit we could adopt but all include enforced regulations and charges but with no votes on them.

Haven't had time to listen to it all but very interesting...
It's an eye opener re EU's importance in world trade, and our influence therein.
You should post it in the EU thread too!

Re: Brexit Undecided

I'm so confused and fed up with hearing that word "Brexit" I'm beginning to hate it!
For the first time in my adult voting life I feel like not bothering!

I hear Merkel's stuck her oar in!
Instead of threatening us why doesn't she work out a better deal for us?

Politicians by their very nature are liars or at least unable to tell the truth. Ask a politician for straight a yes or no to a question and you will get a 100 word reply

Re: Brexit Undecided

In the seventies I voted to join the European Common market ... An economic community and trading organisation.
I did not vote to hand over our sovereignty to a European Government.
We are British we are not European and never will be, so I have used my postal vote and voted for our country to leave the EUand regain control of our law making and destiny.
