It impacts on their profits how they treat their workers doesn't need to change unless they want it to.

This vote is going to have huge implications to the UK whether you vote in or out. Businesses will be most certainly be looking at other options. Junior doctors will not be given the opportunity to work within the EU as before or furthering training which has happened within our membership.

The UK faces a fracture within the UK the Welsh although having a Welsh Assembly will no longer want England to make final decisions and will ask for independence. I think Scotland will follow a few years later.

Everyone should be asking the pros and cons about being in Europe.

Is the vote for you or future generations.

I feel it is each and everyone of us to decide and not particularly our employers forcing us.

That would be like strikes do then but it doesn't stop the unions recommending them.
