No it doesn't.
No political badges, banners nor rosettes are allowed to be displayed within the building or grounds of polling stations on polling day.

I know it's not allowed to wear badges etc' INSIDE a Polling Station...not sure about outside though.

I have a Polish couple as neighbours and a German couple a couple of doors away. Both couples are very pleasant.
The Op has helped me decide on voting Stay in.
