Good morning everyone a lovely sunny morning here.

I am making a huge quantity of beef curry for the family's freezer , I cut up the meat the night before and do a dry rub homemade garam masala . It is all in the oven now smelling wonderful

I might get out in the garden for a bit while it is drier.
