Good morning everyone
I was up and out early braving the shops. I have a batch of curry to make for the freezer today and doing everything from scratch takes ages.
I have got some of it ready and will start to cook after taking Chloe out for her long walk .

I felt such a prat this morning. In town for the first time in weeks so we stopped off for a cup of coffee and sat outside a nice café watching the world go by. On leaving, I stood up and fell flat on my back just stopping short of cracking the back of my head on the stone walk way (I do have a lovely graze on my elbow though). Quite a few very courteous people surrounded me, asking if I was OK, and a couple of strapping younger blokes pulled me back onto my feet. I have know idea at all why I fell over, I just went. This has happened only once before (in Worcester when I fell over right by an off-duty ambulance crew - they checked me over and couldn't find anything obviously wrong then).It couldn't have been blood-sugar related as I'd just drunk a cup of coffee nor could it have been BP related as I know that is absolutely normal having checked it before we left home this morning. By the time we'd walked a 100 yards or so, I felt as right as rain.
