Sounds good. Hope it smells better than my kitchen right now. I just fed my cats this new food I bought them that contains real salmon and whew! Does it stink! My kitchen now smells like a walk along a shoreline full of dead fish in 90-degree weather, LOL

It just occurred to me that I haven't weighed myself in a while. I need to do that to see where I'm at and make sure I haven't gained anything back.

It's funny, I've lost 1 stone, 4 pounds and I don't look or feel any different at all.

Thats a great result Linda---but surely your clothes feel looser-more comfortable--maybe too big---I have not lost a great deal more than that, but everything now is way too big.

Yeah, my clothes feel a little looser and it's easier to cross my legs comfortably when I sit down, but I still don't visibly see it.

Oh well. Having a protein lunch today... scrambled egg whites, 2 slices of brown sugar ham and fat-free cottage cheese.

I think it is sometime easier for other people to see--especially when you do not get to see them very often.

Im being boring again---
cereal fruit and yoghurt for breakfast
crackerbread cottage cheese and fruit for lunch
salmon, grated carrot and apple for tea.

That's true. But the only one who says he notices a difference is my boss, LOL

That's not totally boring. At least you have some salmon in there!

Me too. Except for Sunday. I always make a nice, homemade meal for Sunday.

I'm on the go today and can't really take a lunch with me, otherwise it will sit in my car for a while before I can get to a place where I can stick it in the fridge. So Taco Bell for lunch for me today. The lighter options, of course.
