The Olympic Flame was on the move very early this morning to greet the sunrise at the Callanish Stones in Stornoway.

I'd have loved to have been there to see it. But sadly No. Stornoway is on The Isle of Lewis one of the Outer Hebrides, We'd have had to traveled yesterday to Ullapool on the West Coast then got the Ferry over Lewis (3 hrs). What a Wonderful setting for it though.

Maybe so, but it still ain't the REAL olympic torch, since that one got snuffed out by the wind on Mt Olympus shortly after they lit it.

To tell the truth Geoff, I've no interest at all in the Games BUT I'm glad the Torch (real or not) is doing a wee Tour in Scotland. I expect this will be the First and Last Time Scotland will get to be a part of this.

I don't give a stuff for the olympics - got bored with it many, many years ago and have no interest in the whereabouts of the torch. The point I was previously making is that the games are a fraud, because the torch and obviously all the hype surrounding it are not REAL as the true olympic flame was blown out by the wind within minutes of it being lit.
