I believe it's been treated as a terrorist incident.

Dare I say .. Trump has already twitted about it.

but how else would you describe an unprovoked shooting of a police van these days?

It's possible he was a psychotic working alone I suppose

Reports seem rather sketchy and contradictory at the moment.

It seems the report of a second policeman's death are incorrect.

Been too Africa recently? and a lot of Africans live in France
I understand that about 74 million have been made.
