You would think installing the rear hub wheel to the Saracen would be pretty straight forward but alas not so.The first photo shows just how close the control cable is to the brake disc retaining screws which will be spinning with the wheel. The second photo shows the gear cassette fowling the frame so need to acquire a correct size spacer that will not stretch the frame too much.

Buying a Sur ron is proving problematic, it has developed a fault, the supplier (that is 125 miles away) said take it to my nearest dealer for a warranty fix, the nearest one is Nottingham, sorry can't help you was their response, we have had no technical info from Sur ron, so are in the dark on service. Next nearest is Corby, same story and, because the supply chain has dried up, they have never had a machine to actually sell, so it looks like Van Hire, 3 hour journey each way, and wait whilst its fixed.28-07-2021, 04:24 PM
