Most faddy toys are short lived and disappear quite fast from the landscape, wait a few weeks and I am sure it will be the case with this too.

Why do you suppose the toy will be a problem? is it that much different to a football being accidentally kicked over. It's a child.

Anyway, in NSW it is illegal to discharge a firearm in a residential zone, I can't imagine it is much different where you are.
