Think yourself lucky it's only 'drones'. I live under the flight path of the helicopters going to /from some of the Oil rigs. Noisy buggers!

Oh yes and you wouldn't get away with knocking them out of the sky either.

The way the Oil prices are going,may not be a problem in the future.

I wouldn't go firing a 12 bore - or any S1 firearm in your garden, or it won't be your neighbours who get free board and lodgings! Give it a little while, the child will soon get fed up with the thing - they always do with gimmicky rubbish.

Legally speaking, if they were to take action against you for shooting it out of the sky you would be liable... Of course, you could mistake it for a grouse and hope mens rea covers you. To be honest though, it has been so long since I've studied law that I couldn't honestly advise in this matter...

I'd just let it be, chances are it'll be gone before too long.
