I don't think it is strange, my Old Man, who was a teacher/headmaster, always said that the more senses you involve in learning the more is retained. He might have been right.

It makes sense to me also. Thinking back to my schooldays, the best teacher, ie the one that l learned most from, used the sense of pain...

Regarding memory notes, I do tend to take a lot of memory photos...trouble is I never seem to take the ones I really want, and sometimes I cant remember the reason why I took the others.
