Good morning Moyra et al, overcast here but very humid and muggy, methings a downpour is on it's way...

Working on the garden room this morning putting the roof timbers on, before we have a visitor arriving for lunch.

Good morning everyone a wet start here . I have been out to pick lettuce and spring onions for lunch and to walk Chloe.

I have a hospital appointment later for a chat with my consultant . Good job I am not driving myself , my car died on Sunday a problem with the gear motor and the garage can't collect and repair it till Friday.

MY DIL is taking me, we will both wear masks in the car and have the windows open .

Good luck at the hospital Meg, hope you get things sorted satisfactorily.

A dull morning at the mo, with rain due for the rest of the day.

I am waiting in for a builder to come to look at a not very good repair he did!

Morning All,
I woke up at 7.30 a.m. to the sound of rain, it was pouring down, so I went back to bed for an hour or so. When I finally got up it was still raining. More or less stopped now as I type this.

All the best to all who have hospital or surgery appointments today.
