Both daughters with partners have now seen it, one couple in Australia and one here.
Reports are that it is...amazing! awesome! incredible! ...and so on!!!
Son no.2 goes on Wednesday so no spoilers, but I do believe there is a serious surprise

Re: New Star Wars.

My hubby and I saw it on Christmas Day. We chose to see it in 3D as there was no other option at the time. We made a good decision...it was pretty awesome seeing Harrison Ford as Han Solo again.

I'll have to wait until the dvd comes out as I'm not keen on cinemas, but, it sounds excellent.

I have just come home from watching it. Really enjoyed it, definitely worth watching on the big screen. I watched the 2d version as 3d upsets my eyes, but still very good

My eldest Grandson went to see it Nom. He is a very severe film critic and he actually said he liked it, believe me that is very rare coming from him, so it must be brilliant.

Re: New Star Wars.

TessA...that was our original plan but our daughter gave us movie tickets for Christmas and we thought what the heck, we'll check it out, and really enjoyed it whereas many people did not like it.

Jem...I would say fans of Star Wars should not be disappointed seeing new faces...they did a great job on the movie...glad your grandson liked it as well!

Re: New Star Wars.

He’s at that critical age Yani (16). you have to be very careful when you ask them questions , they hate it and think you are prying into their lives, I'm well aware of this as I hated it meself when I was his age so ask very few questions, but I had to ask him when he came from the Cinema because I was curious about all the hype surrounding the film.
