My son used to like Playschool, and Magic Roundabout.

Who was that man who made the little plasticine figures?
Do kids today still have plasticine, I haven't seen any for donkeys years.

Re: Childhood TV

I was around 12 or so when we first got our telly. (NZ was a latecomer to TV!)
I well remember my friend coming over to watch too, and we got a kitchen chair each and set down right in front of it!
I really can't remember any children's shows though.

Favourites:
Ed Sullivan Show
I Dream of Jeannie
The Munsters
The Beverly Hillbillies
Mr. Ed
Gilligan's Island
Bonanza....... and more!

Re: Childhood TV

I liked Val Singleton's crafty makes, Star Trek, Magpie and lots of others.
When my kids were small I loved watching Art Attack with them
