My gran loved company, she was a widow for 30 years & made time to associate with anybody. She extended her view to the afterlife saying

"I don't mind whether I'll go UP or DOWN cos I'm sure to know someone either way"

I hope she can keep her hearing aid so that she will still be able to turn it off on occasion.
