Re: Red sauce

I don't like it Jean but my two grandsons put it on just about everything, despite me telling them it's bad for them.

Please define "red sauce". Tabasco? Chili paste?

Re: Red sauce

If you're referring to ketchup - no, don't like it anymore - I used to when I was a child.

Re: Red sauce

I don't know how I got it but I used to have a phobia of Tomato Ketchup and Brown sauce couldn't sit at a table if there was a sauce bottle on it and my hubby used to have to wash his own plates knives and forks if it was used but I am getting better now and can stand sitting and seeing someone eat it and I can also wash the dishes but I have to do them last so they don't contaminate anything else ..How daft is that

Re: Red sauce

Everybody has funny little quirks, Suey, I wouldn't worry about it.

And we still don't know exactly what "red sauce" is being referred to........

I wonder if something happened in your childhood years to cause you to have this phobia, Sue?

I was actually wondering this too.

When I was little and saw "blood" in films on TV, was told "don't worry, it's only pretend blood, they use tomato ketchup"

Perhaps your phobia stemmed from something like that?
