I thought all bread pudding had dried fruit in it ...... how do you make yours, Eileen?

Bread soaked in milk, eggs, sugar, spices... no marmalade or fruit, although some people use raisins. . It's a really old recipe, think it was Grandma's; the one I grew up on. Tasty, though.

Sadly Maryl darlin' my hips, knees and ankles would never withstand the impact.

One thing I did forget about the Bread pudding: After removing from the oven and allowing to cool, decorate with some caster sugar sprinkled over it.
