Surely you have heard of "delegation".
As for your "right mess", would you like reminding of Barmier's ridiculous demands which Frost managed to neuter?
Hi

We knew what the effect of Brexit would be on Fisheries and others.

We went for a hard brexit, we got it.

In a way, correct - and certainly some of the actions taken by our government would suggest this to be true too.
As in the Swiss trading deal for just one example.

It would not matter what had happened because there would be various little cliques somewhere unhappy with any outcome.
You can please some of the people ..................

Again, in my opinion we didn't go for a 'hard Brexit'. We agreed the WA, paid through the nose for it, lost compete control of part of our land (N. Ireland) and handed our fishing areas to the EU pretty much as they already had them, plus our 6-12mile coastal areas.

We went for a BRINO, thanks to Boris.

Unless he undoes his mistakes, he won't be in a position to hand them anything else after 2024 as people are already fed up with his actions.

Re: Lord Frost in charge again??

There would have been no vaccination success with BRINO - but of course that is roundly ignored by the odd few that can see no further than the end of their fingertips as they type.
Along with the myriad other things that any form of BRINO would have denied the UK of course, such as the opportunity to retaliate as posted earlier.

2024 is a long way off and I agree that if that eventualities prove Boris's actions to be wrong, that will be when he and the tory party pay.
But the bit about people already being fed up is a laugh - yeah sure there are a few.
In what possible circumstances would there not have been?
But Boris's popularity (and that of the party) is rising which shows that the vast majority of people are quite happy with how things are going so far.

Getting rid of Gove was a good move and replacing him with a Brexiteer in Frost.

The next few weeks should be interesting to see what he can salvage from the crap deal Boris signed up to.

I would agree except that there is no "salvaging" of anything, but rather implementing sections that Boris insisted be part of the deal.

We were promised no border down the Irish Sea and full control of our fisheries.

We have full control of our fisheries.
Some people don't like how we have implemented the control we have, as in allowing access - but we have full control.
With an opt-out.

The Irish Sea issue also has an opt-out.
And with both theses two areas, discussions on how to next approach the issues Brexit has caused are ongoing.
We aren't even two months post-Brexit.
Even Rome was not built in one day.

Go for it.
But don't be surprised when I or others disagree.

These Brexiteers agree with me - so does John Redwood and most of the ERG, as does all the fishing community, especially the ones in Cornwall who look to lose their homes because of the shellfish ban. These are the people you said "stupidly didn't know what they were voting for".
