Edit - 3 feet of hair and only just reaching your crack line Just how long is your spine????? I'm quite tall and I estimate that my back length is around 2 feet at most

I’ve 5’7” with a long neck / long torsal and my hair is wavy/ curly. It has to stretch out to get there but it’s 36 inches
And you mustn’t be too tall or you have a very short back.

LOL! Cushions would make it worse for me. I am too long for most of the chairs you find in hairdressers - end up in an appalling backbreaking slouch. Do not like hairdressers anyway but - if I have to go - I usually wash my hair myself and turn up with it wet!

Surely not in this weather!! Reminds me of the time when I was late for college and had to walk through a relative blizzard to get there. My hair had actually frozen!
