Rhian it is on there now. If you want bigger portions I just throw a handful of frozen peas in to make it look more, but it is quite filling anyway.

I always used to eat the skin and bones with salmon and also jellied eels. Not sure if I would now though.

I quite like the bones in tinned salmon and I don't mind the skin, though I won't eat the skin on grilled salmon.

vaaaguely similar, but sandwich spread is rich, little and stodgy; Russian Salad is bold, chunky yet light with individual flavours coming through.
