printer v internet

I have no idea how it happened but for some reason or other I could not print direct off the internet or at one stage print from my computer, managed to do it before SUE had no probs with hers so obviously it was a fault on my computer

Load of head scratching and complete removal of the old Epson printer program and a re install. Still the same !!!!!

Next was to connect via the USB port and everything ok, so it had to be down to the wireless setup.

Again a lot of head scratching then the light turned on. I am now running windows 10 and the program didn't have this latest windows version in the data.

So onto the internet and a download which included windows 10 and whey hay it worked.

it is ok for microsoft to do the upgrades of their programs, it is a pity the third parties include a link to any upgrades in their original program

QuickTime won't work with Windows 10, run it in compatibility mode for Windows 7: instead
