Re: Getting up

Oh heavens I'm a zombie in the mornings altho' cats wake me up soon as it's daylight ..yowling for their brekkie no matter how late I give them supper the night before... need at least 2 coffees before I do anything else ( after feeding said cats, of course) but if there's anything special that I need to do I can be ready very quickly ...

Re: Getting up

Good innit! .. I cringe now when I remember all the years of either getting up at 4am or getting home at 6.30am while doing shiftwork

Re: Getting up

I was reading this thread, from my mobile, this morning lying in bed at 9 o'clock!

Normally, on a work day, I set my alarm for 7.45 and be up and about after that. Today, because I've swopped a day around (in tomorrow instead), it took me until nearly lunchtime to feel "normal" Why is it when you oversleep, you still feel very tired but when you have less sleep (normal time) you feel ok?

That's the bit I object to - my head wakes up at around 4.30am every day but my body takes till around 10am; why can't they get together and agree a mutual time grrrrrr
