Getting back into walking can't walk too far or fast but manage about an hour or so before thinking that's enough so better than earlier in the year when I could barely get to the end of my road.

I still love going to the bingo but I am also in a Quiz team on line.
Love the way my brain has come younger by remembering all of
the general knowledge which is needed for quizzes. I feel like
senility will not get me now. Or hope it wont
