Do you keep your eyes open or closed when.............

............... at the dentist?

I always keep my eyes closed all through treatment, don't want to look into two pairs of eyes and masks staring down at me as well the instruments of torture going in my mouth.

At one point today I was asked if I'd gone to sleep!! As if I would with all the drilling and grinding going on in my mouth.

Hubby tells me he always keeps his open.

What do you do?

Phew Joy, I was expecting something else when I read the title of this thread! I keep my eyes open at the dentist's.
