More sophisticated scams.

I thought I'd post this information regarding yet more banking scams from fraudsters.
Rather than type each one out, I am putting the link on from "Savvy Woman" ( a good info site for finance and all sorts).

Here goes:

That's a good website that is, it is supposed to be for us ladies, but a lot of it still applies for the men as well.

Re: More sophisticated scams.

I think the answer to most of these scams is to go to your bank in person (if you can find one) to sort out any problems that have been reported to you. Don't use the telephone.

Hi

A typical Yorkshireman, extracting money from me is difficult.

My son, who was in charge of the systems at a big UK Bank had one piece of advice.

If you are contacted by your bank, say nothing.

Ring them back on the number on your card.
