That depends on two crucial points.One that he manages to win an election, and even that depends on his staying as leader and fending off dissenting back stabbers in his own party.
Secondly that he practices as he preaches, which, for a politician ................

HiA totally nonsensical idea.
The big low payers and tax avoiders are not registered here, they are registered abroad.
He could only stop companies paying dividends if they are listed on the London Stock Exchange, he has no control at all over companies which are listed abroad.
All that will happen is that Companies will delist in London and list in France, Germany, Holland etc, causing tens of thousands of job loses and billions in lost Corporation Tax.
A far simpler, and much more effective way of dealing with Low Pay, which we are subsidising with Benefits would be to abolish Zero Hours Contracts and increase the Minimum Wage to the Living Wage.
