There are some dinosaurs who don't realise the smoking ban came in over a decade ago.It gives them something/someone to gripe about ... same as when they see a kitchen stool they think it's a ducking stool, race off to the village pond with it and try and grab some poor old woman to tie to it.

If I see someone smoking a cigarette, while walking down the street, how am I possibly harmed ?
