I don’t understand why people are so fixated about the weather. Yawn!

It rains, it snows, it thunders, there’s nothing you can do about it!
Artangel if you feel this way I admire and feel admiration for you. As for me I love hot sunny weather and feel ill as soon as winter arrives and have to clear off to warmer climates. xx

It's been warmer out than in, and even outside has a chill and dampness. Certainly can't dry any washing.
The house is chilled. Dampness in the air both inside and out. My jeans feel damp.
I've had the dehumidifier on for two days, at least that gives a bit of warmth too

You lot in the south don't know what we have to put up with in the north. Pah!

Glad its not just me, I put a jumper on today that was on the clothes horse since Sunday and it still felt damp

It's horrid and it makes me ratty and lethargic. Sigh.

I agree.
I couldn't have taken much more of that heat. This is far more comfortable.

I have noticed though that my grass is greening up in itty bitty patches here and there.

Hmm ... that's sound a bit of an odd non sequitur after Spitty's post about Lotharios.

No euphemism intended.

I actually needed to cut mine this afternoon Mort.
That's the first time since about May.
