Please no more threads about the weather, l can’t bear it!

I don’t understand why people are so fixated about the weather. Yawn!

It rains, it snows, it thunders, there’s nothing you can do about it!

Ok with the cold, just as long as Kid wannabes don't start on that Frozen theme again.

I'm glad this thread is here, I was beginning to think I was coming down with something. I'm perished. So far I've resisted putting the heating on, but I've been very close to it.

The weather girl up here said one day last week she'd had the heating on a short time

It's been warmer out than in, and even outside has a chill and dampness. Certainly can't dry any washing.
The house is chilled. Dampness in the air both inside and out. My jeans feel damp.
I've had the dehumidifier on for two days, at least that gives a bit of warmth too

You lot in the south don't know what we have to put up with in the north. Pah!

Glad its not just me, I put a jumper on today that was on the clothes horse since Sunday and it still felt damp

It is 19C here, much more preferable to the awful heat we have experienced this summer.

It's horrid and it makes me ratty and lethargic. Sigh.

I have noticed though that my grass is greening up in itty bitty patches here and there.
