Told by a Jew so not racist.Herman is ill has loads of tests and then they find out its obscure illness and has something they have no treatment for.
Doctor calls his wife in to explain that the only treatment to keep him alive is if he has oral sex every day.
She walks out of the doctors office and Herman says well what did he say
His wife reply's was You are going to die

Reminds me of the old jokeMan drives into a garage filling station in his Bentley, The attendant asks what he requires.
Man " could you please but 40 gallons of petrol in the tank, oh and also check there is 50 lb of air pressure in each tyre.
While this was happening in comes another man in a Reliant 3 wheeler. Sp he calls out to the attendant " When you finish could you please put 5 gallons of petrol in the tank, oh and also a fart in each tyre.
