The eu declared it a conservation area a couple of years ago, but
since then the dutch have been seen there with their super

Only those allowed by the great british navy can fish there. It is british water, so go get them! Like you plan to do with EU fishermen.
Make an example of those russians, so the EU will bind in on their demands for access to your fishing waters.
The trawlers are more than 100m long and satellite tracking shows they are fishing in the Wyville-Thomson Ridge Special Area of Conservation (SAC) north of Scotland.
Marine scientists said the presence of so many trawlers showed the
weakness of the UK’s network of marine protected areas. They have been described as “paper parks” because they lack rules to protect them and many, including Wyville-Thomson Ridge, permit intensive fishing and other damaging activities.
The Russians are permitted to fish there and are targeting blue whiting, which tends to be turned into fishmeal.
